It generates an OPML file
Many feed subscription services (like Google Reader, Bloglines, Netvibes, etc.) will let you import OPML files - thus letting you import the files generated by feedboostr
You're probably getting the point by now, but this means that if you take an OPML file with your feed multiplied hundreds of times you'll get hundreds of subscribers.

Why bother?
Well, in addition to the boost it will give your self esteem (having so many subscribers and displaying the counter-badge for all to see), some say that number of feed subscribers actually help boost Google rankings.
In addition to this it might even help you get more actual human subscribers, since many readers (like Google Reader for instance) will suggest feeds to users based on their popularity (number of subscribers).

What's the catch?
There is always a catch isn't there? Well, you're on your own if you decide to use this service. Your feed provider might ban you. Google might slap you. Who knows, bin Laden might even be pissed and decide to go after you.
But if this were true, you could just boost the feeds of your competitors to get them slapped, so ..
